Taking inspiratrion from my own experiences dealing with anxiety. 'Affect Labelling' ultimatly aims to celebrate the power of conversation and the idea of bringing joy through social interaction, where conversation is the primary step an anxious person should partake in to bring them joy.
The publication is made up of three sections, the first and last consisting of academic literature written by either myself or professionals centred around the topic of anxiety and talking. The main section consists of four conversations with people close to me. The design of the publication conveys a real conversation, typographically illustrating its pace and time.
